Sure sounds like battery trouble-If horn sounds loud and headlights are bright I'm wrong but dome light doesn't pull much juice.
It is hard to get a jump start if battery is real weak. If you can't hear starter solinoid click leave battery charger on for a few hours.
Number one thing is tighten connections at battery.
