I've been around a couple windows that have come out of the track. It really seems to be a hit or miss thing to get them glued back in. You may want to try going to an automotive paint store and see what they have to glue the window in, they usually have stuff thats more of a professional grade. You can put a small electric space heater in your car to warm up the inside (leave the door panel off) enough for the glue to cure. Honestly though if you know where one is in a junk yard i'd just get a used one since it will still have the braket on it.
