Well it looks like I'm going to have to rebuild my 79 HO 1.6. Water got in it either when I pressure washed it or when it was outside uncovered for a week or so. There was water in three of the cylinders. What kind of options are out there for rebuilding? Are all the gaskets still available? Oversized pistons or rings in case I need to bore this out? Crankshaft/camshaft bearins?
Yeah I could probably just grab another engine... but where's the fun in that?
