yea, last winter i was cruisin thru 8" on snow(slight drifts) and i could hear it "fluff" and graze the bottom of the car. i coulda sworn i was gonan get stuck but i didnt! even with bald M+S tires... now i got new M+S tires so im ready! skinny tires are the best tires to have on snow roads. they just cut thru the snow quicker and down to the pavement. i tried to have some fun in my chevette and i acually had to try to get it to fishtail. now my s-10 yea i cant even make it around a 90* corner without A creeping around it or B fishtailign slightly. now that truck is funt o drive around in...
if any of you are not sure of its handling charachteristics take it to a big empty smoothish parkign lot and acually try to get the back end to slide out so you can practice correcting it.
