1.8 litres of Thundering Isuzu Power ! I'm not a big fan of imports in the slightest, but this is a Chevrolet ( sort of :-), it just happens to have an Isuzu engine in it. Note that big air box on the right side of the picture. That is not a battery! The air intake is right next to the radiator fill, and it loops around to the air cleaner box, then is plumbed into the intake. Also on the right, you'll notice the power steering resevoir. That box on the left, right next to the white radiator overflow is the glow plug relay control box. ( I wish mine worked. ) Behind the radiator overflow is the fuel filter/water seperator . The radiator for a Chevette is a big 3 row job! This one also has the automatic transmission cooler built into it.
