This was supposed to be NOS. But, came to us without a box and dirty. But, it does move freely, is not rusty, and shows no obvious signs of wear.

Some scratches to the knob connection from where a pair of plyers were used to grip to test the movement of the mechanism.

Update: We have been told by the customer that the cable may not be long enough.

These are definitely different than the North American window mechanism.
