Dead Deisel Chevette, ( or how not to care for your collector car.)

I was told about this "Black" Diesel Chevette that was rust and dent free, stored in a barn. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a cream colored car, left out in the elements, with no hood or protection over the engine. This was a real shame, as this *was* a Diesel car, with air conditioning added !  5spd manual transmission, and dark grey/black cloth interior. I don't know the year, I was too dismayed at the condition of the car to care. It  will probably go to one of the local dirt trackers, and be destroyed in dirt track racing. Shame. A very solid car, with solid floors. The engine is certainly ruined.
